What does it cost?
Transport pricing uses call-out plus loaded mileage: the standard 3.5t class starts at £80 plus £2.75 per mile. Larger vehicles and specialist loading can cost more.
Night and other applicable extras are shown in the itemised quote. A price does not guarantee immediate dispatch.

- Full collection and delivery addresses and access arrangements at both ends.
- Registration, vehicle details, and whether the vehicle drives, rolls and steers.
- Preferred collection time, available keys and any loading restrictions.
Non-runners and access
A vehicle that will not roll can require specialist loading equipment. Tell us about locked wheels, damage or restricted access before confirming the quote so the partner can assess the job.
Scheduled collection
You can request a collection date and time in the transport flow. A requested slot is subject to partner acceptance and confirmation. Make sure someone can provide the keys and receive the vehicle.
UK routes and passenger travel
The online transport flow is for UK routes. Contact TowMate to discuss a cross-border request before booking; an overseas route is not confirmed by a UK quote. TowMate does not arrange passenger transport—make separate travel arrangements.

If there is immediate danger, call 999. For a breakdown on a motorway or another high-speed road, follow the official guidance before using the booking flow.
